Gray clouds shouldn’t signal the end of a trek, and with the REI Co-op Rainier Rain Pants in your pack, they don’t have to. Engineered from recycled nylon, these shells act as a dependable barrier against sudden alpine squalls or muddy trail transitions. The fabric stays breathable while keeping moisture at bay, thanks to a robust seam-sealed construction and a DWR finish that beads off persistent drizzle. We prioritized fluidity in the design by incorporating articulated knees that move with you, whether you’re scrambling over slick granite or navigating overgrown brush.
