Shimano's Women's SH-ME2 Mountain Bike Shoe packs in the versatility for charging through rolling miles of singletrack at your local trail network, or testing out the cyclocross waters for the first time at a local weekend race. With breathable synthetic uppers and a stiff midsole, you'll get the power and support you want with the perks of elevated styling and rugged grip for those off-the bike moments.

A perfect balance of glass fiber and nylon come together for a stiff base to push your power into the pedals, instead of letting it flex away and dissipate. It's topped with aggressively lugged rubber for tacky control when you're hopping over hurdles, or hiking up a particularly treacherous stretch of trail. At front there are two mounting spots for spikes, if you're heading out in particularly slick or icy conditions. Wrapping up your foot on top is a tough synthetic with perforations to let your feet breathe, and a large mesh panel at the front to keep your toe box breezy and hot-foot free. The uppers secure around you with Shimano's Cross X-strap hook-and-loop straps that secure in alternating directions to ensure you're wrapped in snug for minimal wiggle on crushing climbs.
