The wind picks up as you gain the final ridge, carrying that distinct, sharp bite of impending snow, but the Raymer Jacket keeps the focus entirely on the line ahead rather than the plummeting mercury. Engineered by Stio for those who measure success in vertical feet, this three-layer shell acts as an impenetrable barrier against spindrift and biting gusts without trapping the heat generated during a strenuous climb. When the pace quickens and the exertion levels rise, the underarm vents open to dump moisture instantly, letting you regulate your internal climate without pausing to shed layers. The silhouette is built for movement, offering a clean, athletic fit that feels natural under the weight of a heavy pack, while the hood snaps over a helmet to seal out the elements during whiteout descents. Whether you are skinning through sun-drenched timber or hunkering down during a high-alpine squall, the fabric’s rugged integrity remains unshaken, ensuring that your connection to the mountains remains uninterrupted by the unpredictability of the weather.
