Products in Excellent condition have seen minimal use and wear. Any imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect the intended performance of the product.   

According to the consignor, this vest is from 1978 and has been worn only a few times. In great shape besides a bit of lint on the exterior. Cannot verify any materials because it is at least from before the US had laws about labelling fabric goods with their material composition.
