The crunch of pine needles underfoot gives way to the stillness of a high-alpine clearing, and your recovery starts the moment you unroll the Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite. Designed for those who value a steady rhythm on the trail, this pad strikes the perfect equilibrium between a pack that stays light and a sleep system that actually keeps you insulated. The self-inflating foam core expands quickly once you reach camp, offering a firm, 1.5-inch loft that buffers your hips and shoulders against jagged roots or frozen ground. With an R-value of 3.2, it creates a robust thermal barrier that holds its own during crisp shoulder-season nights. When dawn breaks, the WingLock valve makes for an intuitive, rapid deflation, allowing you to compress the pad down and hit the trail without a struggle. Wrapped in durable 75D polyester, it’s built to withstand the rigors of backcountry life, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for the next ridgeline, regardless of how far you ventured from the trailhead.
