The Thomson Seatpost Collar is a high-precision bolt-on clamp engineered to match the legendary strength and tolerances of Thomson seatposts. CNC-machined from 7000-series aluminum in Macon, Georgia, it features an asymmetrical bolt orientation that directs clamping force to the seat tube slot rather than squeezing the entire collar circumference. Equipped with a custom 100% titanium bolt and barrel washer assembly, this collar delivers maximum holding power, prevents seatpost slippage under heavy loads, and eliminates thread binding.
