The rhythm of your ride depends entirely on the integrity of what lies beneath the rubber. Velox cotton rim tape acts as the silent, unyielding guardian of your wheels, smoothing over the sharp realities of spoke holes and metallic imperfections that would otherwise sabotage a perfectly good day on the road. Woven from high-quality cotton and backed by a tenacious adhesive, this tape doesn’t just sit in your rim bed—it anchors itself there, creating a robust, high-pressure barrier that stays put whether you’re hammering over chip-seal climbs or navigating technical gravel sections. By effectively shielding your inner tubes from the jagged edges of a drilled rim, it eliminates one of the most frustrating causes of roadside flats before they ever happen. Reliable, time-tested, and built for those who prioritize mechanical peace of mind, this is the foundational upgrade that lets you focus on the horizon rather than your tire pressure.
